I take classes at Venus belly dance, and I would recommend them. Also, the classes at Urban Beat Co seem to be pretty good for salsa. They're located in the same building as Harbour dance

Harbour Dance is good, but even their beginner classes are pretty advanced.
Belly dancing is hard work, but it's also very empowering because you really have to take stock of your body. It also encourages you to use your hips, chest etc, which I found was good for my self-esteem. Unfortunately, they don't offer classes in summer.
