Non-Human Animal, writer Chris Bird, for DreamWorks SKG/Vanguard Films, producer John Williams. A personal injury lawyer is charmed by an activist into becoming a hero of the animal rights movement.Escape

From Libby Prison, writer Jay Wolpert, producer Dylan Sellers for Warner Bros. True story set in 1864 at the Confederate Army lockup in Richmond Virginia, where 109 Union soldiers escaped.

Green Monkeys, writer David Connaughton, John Trozak for Paramount. A combination live action-CG film based on the comic strip by Mickey and Betty Parskevas.

Revelation, writer Michael Petroni for Warner Bros., producers Robert Teitel, Mark Canton. About an FBI agent wounded while foiling an assassination attempt on a cardinal, first in line to replace the Pope.

Take Me To Your Leader, writer Marita Black, Simon Black for Paramount and Adam Sandler's Happy Madsion Productions. A NASA janitor accidentally gets launched into space, then falls back to Earth, landing in Iowa.

Land of Pleasant Living, writer Mark Lord for Focus Features. About a woman devastated by the death of her boyfriend, then confronts his ghost fifteen years later.

Magnum P.I., writer Michael McCullers for Universal/Imagine, producer Don Bellisario. A former Naval intelligence officer is hired to be the head of security for a wealthy absentee owner, using his mansion as a base to work his own detective cases. Based on the 1980-88 CBS TV show.

Penelope, writer Leslie Caveny about a young woman, plagued by a curse, who sets out on a journey of self-discovery. Screenwriter Caveny is executive producer of Everybody Loves Raymond.

Ahab's Wife, writer Helena Kriel from the book by Sena Jeter Naslund, producer Dan Halsted, Jonas Goodman, Harvey Kahn, John O'Hurley. A young girl poses as a boy to work among the sea-dog whalers of Nantucket. Eventually found out and set adrift, she is rescued by 'Capt. Ahab' and they start a great love together.

The Swimmer, based on the book by John Cheever. Story of a man who swims home from one backyard pool to another, with each stop evoking different suburban memories. Set in the Hamptons on Long Island, the story was previously used as the basis for the 1968 film, starring Burt Lancaster.

Under and Alone, writer Daniel Barnz, Ned Zeman for Warner Bros. Story of undercover agent 'Billy Queen', who infiltrates a notorious motorcycle gang.

Witness for the Prosecution, writer David E. Kelley for MGM, producer Marion Rosenberg, Dan Rissner. Courtroom thriller ahout a man accused of killing a wealthy widow. Remake of Billy Wilder's 1957 film.

911, writer Brandon Camp, Mike Thompson for Columbia Pictures, producer Mark Gordon. A '911' emergency operator, grieving over a death in the family, begins to receive eerie calls 24 hours before crimes are committed.

Fish Out Of Water, writer Ardwight Chamberlain, producer Jackie Collins, Steve Golin, Larry Kennar. A young woman comes to Hollywood intent on marrying a studio mogul, but winds up falling in love with a 'set caterer' instead.

Hard Hearts, writer Jim Uhls for Hyde Park. A bounty-hunting couple chase down dangerous prey while planning their upcoming nuptials.

Jingle Belle: Naughty & Nice, writer Gina Wendkos for Revolution Studios, producer Steve Tisch, Gary Goodman. About the rebellious teenage daughter of 'Santa' who goes off on her own, triggering a sequence of events that puts Christmas in jeopardy.

Skellig, writer Irena Brignull for Phoenix Pics, producer Annabel Jankel, Irena Brignull. About an 'ET' like creature that transforms the lives of a boy, his friend and his ailing sister.

W.A.S.P.S., writer Jan Eliasberg for Twentieth Century Fox. About female pilots during WWII, hired out of Sweetwater Texas by pilot 'Jackie Cochran' to ferry planes for the war effort. Mimi Rogers' Millbrook Farm Prods. will produce.

The Love God, writer Darryl Quarles for Universal/Imagine. About an heir to a men's magazine empire. A remake of the 1969 film starring Don Knotts.

Untitled Channing Gibson Project, writer Channing Gibson for Paramount, producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. About female buddie cops.

The Iguana Brothers: A Tale of Two Lizards, writer Jeremy Pikser, from the book by Tony Johnston for Twentieth Century Fox, producer Robert Luketic, John Leguizamo. The CG adventures of iguanas 'Tom' and 'Dom'.

The Stuntman, writer Tim Day. About a fugitive on the run who takes over the role of a dead stuntman to evade capture by authorities. A remake of the 1981 film.

Silver Strike for Fox 2000. About a military unit trapped in Eastern Europe that discovers the enemy are vicious werewolves.

The Few, by Alex Kershaw for Paramount/CW Prods. About 'Billy Fiske', the first American pilot killed in World War II. Michael Mann and Tom Cruise will produce for Paramount.

The P.T. Johansen Field Guide To North American Monsters, writer Andrew Mudge, for Universal. About the son of a 'Sasquatch' hunter.

The Fly, writer Todd Lincoln for Twentieth Century Fox. About a scientist, experimenting with a 'transporter' device, who accidentally gets his molecules scrambled up with a house-fly. Another remake of the 1958 original.

The War Magician, writer Peter Buchman, based on the book by David Fisher for Paramount/CW Prods., producer Tony Eldridge, Tom Cruise, Paula Wagner, Colleen Camp. True story based on the life of 'Jasper Maskelyne', a stage magician who used hypnotic illusion to make the Suez Canal disappear, move the Alexandria Harbor and create a phantom army before the battle of El Alamein.

Eric Sevaried Story, writer Stephen Falick, Jeff Howard for Revolution Studios/Imagine Entertainment, producer Brian Grazer. Ron Howard wants to direct this true story about the CBS WWII news desk reporter, assigned to the Far East, then forced to parachute from a plane into China.

The Last Apostle, writer Tag Mendillo, Ric Waugh for Columbia Pictures, producer Mark Gordon. About an anti-hero with a dark secret, who strives to win an epic struggle of good over evil.
